The volume of the modern and unique black house consists of two elements. the shell and the fragile glass membrane as the core of the modern and unique black house. The shell with its perforations allows framing; reduced views and protection of the transparent core.
A modern and unique black house requires a lot of client’s confidence. Designing two black houses, one of which for rental purpose, requires a lot more. In a sense of a programme, houses are meant to be two identical units,
of the same scenario and life quality, accepting the orientation and privacy. each designed on the same principle while forming a spatial composition together.
Between the core and the shell number of atriums are formed, enabling certain functional zones to reach to the outside. Framed outside spaces are formed in that way, and additional quality and character to the modern and unique black houses.
Besides the conceptual bonds, Black house decoration are physically connected by series of walls. Walls of black house decoration surround the site, but continue onto the base of each object to finish on shell of the house.
the entrance, the passage to the garden, the wooden- decked terrace of the living room in modern and unique black house, the private terrace of the master bedroom.
Besides the functionality of modern and unique black house, these spaces have special atmosphere due to relation between the full and the empty, the play of light and shade and the non-existing line between inner and outer space. You will excited with the design of modern and unique black house.

Unique Architecture Design Of Simpson Park Hammock Pavilion
November 10, 2011 – 9:10 pm
Simpson Park Hammock Pavilion is easily accessible from downtown Miami at the intersection of South Miami Avenue and SW 15th Road. Simpson Park Hammock’s history dates back to 1913 when residents requested that 5.5 acres of native hardwood hammock be preserved as a natural area as Simpson Park Hammock Pavilion.
Since then there have been many highs and lows and this new pavilion structure, by Miami architect Chad Oppenheim and Swiss landscape designer Enzo Enea, was part of the first phase of a public/private partnership to revitalize this historic park and return it to the community.
When approaching the Simpson Park Hammock pavilion design and it’s significance to the revitalization of the now 8 acre park to its pre-Columbian state, Oppenheim resinated on Enea’s thoughts about his work as a landscape designer “one of minimal impact and maximal effort. Really we’re just letting this land be what it really is.”
Unlike in the greater city of Miami, here we’re, Simpson Park Hammock Pavilion letting nature control the built environment. The result of the Simpson Park Hammock Pavilion is best said by Oppenheim himself, ”the architecture is subservient to nature. In ancient times all their buildings had to react to was the natural world, and right now the focus of my work is letting nature be the star.”
The Simpson Park Hammock Pavilion embodies a symbiotic relationship between nature and architecture as the structure embraces and becomes interwoven within the diverse indigenous canopy of the hammock while minimizing ecological site impact. Here we are the unique architecture design of simpson park hammock pavilion

designed by FFP with Mrs. Annenberg to complement the historic estate, will accommodate high-level retreats, educational programs, events, and public tours.
In addition to the selection of regionally-appropriate plants in Sunnylands Center and Gardens , the project features restored desert habitat, high-efficiency capillary irrigation system, soil moisture monitoring, on-site storm water retention, geothermal wells, a significant photovoltaic array and an on-site green waste recycling program. The Center is a pilot project for the Sustainable Sites Initiative,
Sunnylands Center and Gardens is pursuing LEED Gold Certification and uses approximately 20% of its water allocation from the Coachella Valley Water District. The project also proactively meets the specifications and requirements for the use of reclaimed water five years ahead of the implementation Rancho Mirage’s citywide initiative
Working closely with Mrs. Annenberg and the Annenberg Trust, the landscape architect developed a scheme begins as an orderly, geometric composition closest to the building and becomes progressively more organic towards the edges of the grounds. Inspired by the owner’s Van Gogh, “A Wheatfield with Cypresses”,
the landscape architect Sunnylands Center and Gardens sculpted the earth and used plants in a painterly fashion across the landscape. Trees were carefully positioned throughout the site to ensure that ample shade was provided and great care was given to the visual composition of Sunnylands Center and Gardens understory plantings .
